I was totally new to LiFePO4 technology. I needed to replace my failing lead-acid batteries in my zero turn Ryobi mower. Their golf cart battery especially appealed to me because it would replace 4 12v batteries, was recommended, and would be a simple install. However the BMS had shutdown because of low voltage used for shipping.Ida of SylCin patiently walked me through the process of activating the battery and now it is fully charged and I love the app which allows me to monitor the battery charge. I learned first hand that the great support mentioned in the reviews were not exaggerated. So far, I have used the mower about 3 hours and it has been great.
